Arson
The crime of arson carries severe penalties in the State of New Hampshire. A person is guilty of Arson if that person knowingly starts a fire or causes an explosion that unlawfully damages the property of another.
Depending what property is damaged or destroyed, the penalties can range from a year in jail to up to fifteen years in the New Hampshire State Prison.
